The key for your balance, energy and health
We spend a third of our lives sleeping, yet we know little about it. And only 50% of the population has a healthy and restful sleep. The average sleep duration has also decreased massively in the last 50 years, which has a great impact on our performance.
We know that sleep is vital for us and directly affects our health. But how exactly can the body regenerate during sleep? What can I do to understand and improve my sleep situation? How can I behave during the day so that I can regenerate better at night?
In this unique experiential seminar over 2 days and nights, sleep is looked at from all its facets and explored in depth. Each participant receives an individual HRV measurement with a meaningful report. Practical tips and exercises complement the Erlebinar. In addition, the relaxing alpine world and the unique ambiance of the Berglodge37 offer relaxing and restorative moments.
