The bright seminar rooms are equipped with all the necessary technical installations and mats are available for physical exercises.

Experience the quiet beauty of winter in the Eggbergen on snowshoes. Guided tours take you off the beaten path through deep-snow landscapes and along scenic ridgelines with stunning views of Lake Uri and the surrounding Alps. Along the way, there is time to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the moment. A cozy stop at the Fleschkiosk completes the experience, where you can warm up and enjoy regional treats.
No prior knowledge necessary—we adapt to your fitness level. Snowshoes and poles can be rented from us for CHF 25.

Movement37 is a holistic exercise programme that brings body and mind into harmony. In harmoniously structured sessions, invigorating exercises, gentle stretching and soothing moments of relaxation combine to create a coherent overall experience.
The programme is flexible and can be held indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather and your preferences – surrounded by nature or in a sheltered environment. All exercises can be adapted to suit individual needs, so anyone can take part, regardless of age or fitness level. No previous experience is necessary – all you need is a love of exercise.
