Berglodge37 is the new alpine oasis for your time out in the mountains of Uri
and a sustainable seminar centre for people with vision
Berglodge37 is the ideal place for curious people who want to network with each other.
The Berglodge offers a sustainable experience in harmony with nature. Lots of comfort combined with a modern self-service concept, expresses the essence of a cosy simplicity. We are a vegetarian ‘adult-only’ hotel with a minimum stay of two nights and accessible only by cable car.
Carried by the vision: ‘Promoting the vitality of people, nature and businesses’, a place of deceleration and encounter is being created here. According to the motto: ‘experience – enliven – exemplify’, Berglodge37 sees itself as a creative platform for the creation and sustainable development of a natural life.
Berglodge37 is the ideal place for curious people who want to network with each other. We support this with the help of a wide range of seminars, as well as numerous other opportunities for exchange between guests. In this way, we want to contribute to a vital and inspired life.
Our aim is to support people in their efforts to achieve the highest possible vitality and a fulfilled life. We do this through our courses and various other vitalising activities. The beautiful and diverse mountain landscape of the Eggberge is ideal for this.
Curious and cosmopolitan people meet at Berglodge37. Inspiring workshops and fireside chats are designed to promote interdisciplinary exchange between forward thinkers and curious minds. With tolerance towards people and humility towards nature and the environment, we are an authentic mountain oasis.
Berglodge37 is putting sustainability first. That´s why we have a two-night minimum stay policy.
The property is managed according to the latest standards of sustainable, responsible entrepreneurship and aspires to take a pioneering role in terms of sustainable-social corporate responsibility. Berglodge37 was built exclusively with Swiss wood – including “moon wood” from the Eggberge mountains – and is powered by a geothermal probe heating system.
We maintain regional partnerships from construction to operation. We also give great importance to short transport routes and close cooperation with selected local businesses. In doing so, we also create new jobs in the region.
With our food concept, as well as the consistent avoidance of food waste and the elimination of plastic wherever possible, we also contribute to sustainability and the reduction of our Co2 footprint.
In order to improve and measure our sustainability efforts, we are currently working towards a certification with the IbexFairstay label.

MARTIN
Entrepreneur and designer of projects in which shared values and team spirit play an important role. “Live your nature” is his motto in life. He fulfilled his dream at the age of 55 to create and run Berglodge37, a “networking platform with vision”. Here, many people should be inspired around the topics of “vital people & society”, “vital nature & environment” as well as “vital and sustainable entrepreneurship” with the aim of making a contribution to the greater good. He spends his free time doing mountain sports or searching for connections at the interfaces of the
biology, biophysics and integrative medicine. Ultimately, he is fascinated by natural phenomena and models of life where the purely materialistic view of the world may only explain a small part.
