Rates including Half Board:
Breakfast, snack corner (with cookies, fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit), and a shared three-course Tavolata dinner. Water, coffee and tea are included.

To help protect the environment, we clean your room upon departure. For longer stays, an additional room cleaning can be arranged on request.

Regional ingredients, seasonal thinking and carefully prepared dishes. Our kitchen team sees food not simply as nourishment, but as an expression of respect — for nature, for the producers and for the guests who gather around our table.

Breakfast and snacks throughout the day

Vegetarian and regional breakfast buffet daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am: fresh bread, local cheeses, homemade Bircher muesli, granola and spreads, coffee and tea, as well as juices. Our snack corner with dried fruits, nuts, biscuits, coffee, tea and water is available throughout the day.

Lunch buffet or packed lunch

Included with full board: vegetarian lunch buffet from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm or, alternatively, a packed lunch for your day trips and hikes.

Evening tavolata – sharing one table

In the evening, we come together around one table. A three-course tavolata is served at long communal tables — designed for sharing, conversations and enjoyment. The menu is complemented by a carefully selected Swiss meat dish.

Honesty Bar

Our self-service Honesty Bar creates a relaxed and uncomplicated atmosphere. A selection of gins, local wines and aperitif drinks awaits you — everything you need for a cosy evening by the fireplace.

Our Alpine cuisine: The foundation of our cuisine is vegetarian — complemented by a carefully selected meat dish in the evening for those who wish. We cook seasonally, regionally and work primarily with Swiss producers. At lunchtime, you can enjoy a vegetarian buffet, while in the evening we gather for a shared tavolata featuring a changing menu creation from our kitchen team. Our mountain dining room is intentionally reserved exclusively for our hotel guests, creating space for peaceful and personal culinary moments.

all connected to the outdoor terraces. The panorama deck invites you to yoga and physical exercises.
