Regional ingredients, seasonal thinking and carefully prepared dishes. Our kitchen team sees food not simply as nourishment, but as an expression of respect — for nature, for the producers and for the guests who gather around our table.

Vegetarian and regional breakfast buffet daily from 7:30 am to 11:00 am: fresh bread, local cheese, homemade Bircher muesli, granola and spreads, coffee and tea as well as juices.
Our snack corner with dried fruits, nuts, biscuits, coffee, tea and water is available throughout the day.
Lunch buffet or packed lunch
With full board: a vegetarian lunch buffet from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm or, alternatively, a packed lunch for day trips and hikes.

In the evening, we gather around one table. A three-course tavolata is served at long communal tables — for sharing, connecting and enjoying.
The menu is complemented by a carefully selected Swiss meat dish.

The foundation of our cuisine is vegetarian — complemented in the evening, if desired, by a carefully selected meat dish.
We cook seasonally, regionally and work primarily with Swiss producers.
At lunchtime, a vegetarian buffet awaits you, while in the evening we come together for a shared tavolata featuring a changing menu created by our kitchen team. Our mountain dining room is intentionally reserved exclusively for our hotel guests, creating space for peaceful and personal moments of enjoyment.
