Regional ingredients, prepared seasonally and with love. Our kitchen team sees food as an expression of respect — towards nature, the producers, and our guests.

Breakfast

Regional breakfast buffet: seasonal fruits, cheese & cold cuts, fresh bread, coffee & teas, juices. Daily 07:30–10:00.

Packed Lunch for Hikes

Mid-morning snack from 10:00. Lunch buffet 12:00–13:00 or optionally as a packed lunch for day trips. Self-serve at the buffet station from 11 a.m.

Tavolata – Together at the Table

In the evening, a meat dish is also welcome, and all guests dine together at long tables. Three-course Tavolata in the evening. The main course is served in large bowls — shared, together, connecting.

Honesty Bar

Bars in the Lounge and Bergstube on a trust basis. Help yourself, settle up at the end. Coffee, Fairtrade teas and mountain spring water included. Alcohol and soft drinks at an extra charge.

From 1 March 2026: New Alpine cuisine — vegetarian during the day, meat option in the evening.
Swiss producers only, organic where possible. No à-la-carte service.

Sunbathing, unwinding, breakout sessions or simply doing nothing. The terraces around the lodge are versatile — and always offer the same reward: mountain air and a far-reaching view.

Nature is the best wellness. The beauty of the Eggberge at 1,450m, complemented by two saunas, an infrared cabin, sun deck and cold-water shower —
all connected to the outdoor terraces. The panorama deck invites you to yoga and physical exercises.

Panorama Sauna

Bio sauna (60°C) and Finnish sauna (80°C) — both with an unobstructed panoramic view. Deceleration at the highest level.

Infrared Cabin
